Because our products are digital crochet patterns, they are non-refundable once downloaded. This means:

You cannot cancel or return digital downloads after purchase, as no physical goods are shipped.

For any physical products (if ever added in the future), our standard return policy is as follows:

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
